We are looking for bright and passionate candidate for the position for Finance - Corporate Global Taxation, with skills below:
Location: Bangalore
Mode: Permanent
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant
- Handling Overseas Taxation for various locations with coordination with tax consultants. We have presence in about 14 countries.
- Computation of Corporate Tax liability, Advance tax, filing of tax returns for all the overseas locations.
- Monthly/quarterly/yearly return of Indirect taxes like VAT, HST, GST etc.
- Failing of various forms as required by local authorities, like 1099, change in Directors, WHT, etc.
- Transfer pricing documentation and obligations. Etc.
- Support monitoring of internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with auditors during statutory audits/external audits and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare reconciliations, reports, and schedules to support controllership and taxation functions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
