Key Responsibilities
Corporate & CSR Partnerships Development
- Identify, acquire, and onboard corporate partners for CSR funding and payroll giving
- Develop customized CSR proposals aligned with corporate sustainability goals
- Engage CSR heads, HR teams, and corporate foundations for long-term partnerships
- Ensure CSR compliance (Section 135, Companies Act, 2013) in all programs
- Track CSR trends, ESG priorities, and corporate partnership opportunities
Payroll Giving & Corporate Acquisition
- Identify and acquire new partners to integrate payroll giving into employee benefits
- Present business cases to HR and CSR leaders to promote Ketto's payroll program
- Lead outreach to large enterprises, MNCs, and startups for program adoption
- Build a pipeline of prospects and track engagement, conversion, and negotiations
- Create customized giving models like employer matching and incentive tiers
- Coordinate with finance and tech teams for smooth payroll deductions
- Build multi-year ESG-aligned corporate giving partnerships
Fundraising, Strategy & Innovation
- Drive new revenue via innovative fundraising models and ESG initiatives
- Use data and storytelling to highlight impact to corporate donors
- Collaborate with marketing on corporate donor engagement campaigns
- Research and introduce industry best practices in workplace giving
Impact Reporting & Compliance
- Provide transparent fund utilization and impact dashboards to partners
- Deliver real-time insights on giving impact to corporate clients
- Ensure compliance with CSR and financial regulations
