Job Title: Senior Corporate Gifting Manager
Experience- 7-8 Years
Location: Pune
Responsibilities:
• Identify, onboard and manage key corporate clients, HR/Procurement heads and large enterprises for bulk gifting.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase corporate gifting sales and partnerships.
• Pitch premium/customized gifting solutions, negotiate pricing, and close high-value deals.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and ensure end-to-end execution – product selection,
branding, packaging and timely delivery.
• Build and manage a pipeline of corporate leads, maintain CRM and ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with production, design, logistics and finance teams for smooth order fulfilment.
• Mentor junior team members and handle escalations or VIP clients.
Additional Preferred Experience:
• Experience in corporate gifting, loyalty programs, and rewards & recognition platforms.
• Exposure to BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector clients.
• Experience working with manufacturing sector clients for bulk or seasonal gifting requirements.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, client retention strategies, and reward management
programs.
• Ability to design and execute loyalty and engagement programs for enterprise clients.
Requirements:
• 7–8 years of experience in corporate gifting / B2B sales / enterprise business development.
• Strong network with corporate HR, admin, procurement and event agencies in Pune and nearby
regions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of closing bulk/corporate gifting deals.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to handle client expectations end-to-end.
