Corporate General Manager - Leasing

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the position of Corporate General Manager - Leasing. The role involves overseeing and managing leasing activities for various property categories, ensuring optimal space utilization and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include client relationship management, lease negotiation, market analysis, and coordination with internal teams to meet organizational leasing goals. The Corporate General Manager will also play a pivotal role in developing strategic leasing initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining compliance with regulations and guidelines.

• Strong real estate knowledge, including experience in leasing and property management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
• Strategic thinking, market analysis, and business development expertise
• Proven ability to manage teams, multitask, and meet deadlines effectively
• Comprehensive understanding of real estate regulations and industry standards
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving organizational objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the real estate industry in a management or leadership capacity is a strong advantage
