Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development in Corporate General Insurance (Commercial Lines).
- Pitch and sell general insurance products to corporate clients as a broker.
- Achieve revenue targets aligned with agreed business plans.
- Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Business Development Executives.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead management, RFQs, negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain strong pipeline management, forecasting, and conversion tracking.
- Support key account management, renewals, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for pricing, policy placement, and servicing support.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of B2B Corporate Sales experience.
- Mandatory experience in General Insurance / Insurance Broking.
- Minimum 2 years in the current organization.
- Proven experience in Corporate sales.

- Experience managing a team of 35 members.
