Role Overview

We are looking to onboard a Corporate Finance Manager with prior experience as a Senior Analyst or Associate at an Investment Bank, Venture Capital, Private Equity. The role will support strategic financial initiatives including fundraising, M&A, financial analysis, and investor interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, valuation, scenario & sensitivity analysis)

Support fundraising activities including preparation of pitch decks, information memorandums, and data rooms

Assist in M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships from evaluation to execution

Conduct industry, market, and company analysis to support investment and strategic decisions

Work closely with senior leadership on capital allocation and strategic planning

Coordinate with legal, tax, auditors, and external advisors during transactions

Prepare presentations and materials for Board meetings and investors

Track portfolio / business performance and provide actionable insights

Candidate Profile

Prior experience as Senior Analyst / Associate in:

Investment Banking

Venture Capital / Private Equity/ Investment Firm

Strong financial modelling and valuation skills

High comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data analysis

Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred

36 years of relevant experience (flexible for exceptional profiles)
