This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Finance Manager. The successful candidate will manage financial planning and analysis, develop financial models, prepare detailed financial reports, and oversee budgeting processes. Responsibilities also include monitoring financial performance, interpreting financial data to provide actionable insights, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making processes to align with business objectives.

• Proficiency in Financial Modeling, Financial Statements, and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and provide actionable financial insights
• Solid foundation in Corporate Finance and experience managing budgeting and forecasting processes
• Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management principles
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
• Experience in the technology or innovation industry is an advantage
