Key Responsibilities
Corporate Finance
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Build a complex financial model to predict outcomes and support strategic decisions
- Manage Capital allocation, analyse growth opportunities and potential risk
- Lead cash flow planning, working capital management, and fund allocation.
- Analyse financial performance and share insights with the senior leadership team
- Balancing Debt and Equity financing
- Work closely with the CEO and Directors during investor meetings and funding rounds
- Working Relationship with VC, Bank and NBFC
Competencies
- Communication skills to present complex financial data and models to stakeholders

- Evaluating investment opportunities and capital raising
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA in Finance is a plus
- 36 years of experience in corporate finance, business finance, or FP&A roles
- Strong skills in financial modelling, budgeting, and analytical tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Good understanding of investor reporting, due diligence, and compliance
- Ability to work directly with founders/leadership and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and presentation skills
