Position: Corporate Events Sales Manager
Location: Gurugram
Salary: 50,000 70,000 Fixed (Up to 80,000 for the right candidate)

Role Summary:
We are hiring a result-oriented Corporate Events Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the Gurugram corporate market.
This role is purely performance-focused. The primary responsibility is to generate and close corporate event business through strong networking, field meetings, and strategic client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients in Gurugram and NCR region
- Generate business for conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Maintain relationships for repeat and referral business
- Ensure timely collections and achievement of revenue targets
Candidate Profile:
- 56 years of experience in hotel sales, event sales, or MICE segment
- Strong corporate network in Gurugram / NCR market
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Confident negotiator with strong client-handling skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a field-focused role
- Willing to travel within NCR region
