Corporate Event Manager Real Estate

*Urgent Requirement for a Leading Real Estate Mandate firm in Pune*

Job Designation: Event Manager (Real Estate)

_Will be organising and managing events for all site locations_

Budget: up to 15 LPA (Hike will given basis last drawn)

Shift Timing: Day Shift

10:00 am. to 7:00 pm.

Working Days – 6 days

Week offs – 1 weekoff on a roaster basis between Monday to Thursday

Education Qualification: Graduate in any stream

Experience Required: 3 to 5 yrs of relevant experience in Event Management in Event Agencies/Production Houses/Banks/FMCG/Consumer Durables/Automobile/Real Estate

*Additional Technical Skills / System Knowledge:*

•Basic Excel and email etiquettes

•Good communication and negotiation skills

*Roles and Responsibility:*

1. Event Management

- Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and services according to requirements

- To ensure consistent high quality of creative and production.

- Sensibility to manage luxury and lifestyle events and tieups

- Meet with marketing / sales team to plan scope and format of the event.

- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws and resolution of any problems that arise.

- Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security.

- Maintaining and updating vendor/ partner databases

2. Events Negotiation

- Benchmarking and negotiating with event vendors / agencies

- Building in group level value addition

- Innovative ways to reduce cost and get group level benefits

3. Internal stakeholder management

- Work closely with various divisions of the Marketing team to deliver on brand and marketing objectives in a holistic way

- Bringing to the table opportunities in line with brand objectives

4. Alliances and tie ups

- Should have luxury experience and capabilities to do tie ups with like minded luxury brands and corporates Professional and Technical qualifications:

- Has worked with large reputed event agencies/ production houses in client servicing / production (Wizcraft, Seventy, Encompass, Fountainhead, PDM ) and / or in a similar capacity with other reputed organizations in the Banks /FMCG / consumer durables space / Automobile

- Preferably Post graduation from reputed media / event / communication management institutes
