This is a full-time on-site Corporate Counsel intern role located in Noida at CareerFly. The Corporate Counsel intern will be responsible for supporting the legal team in day-to-day legal matters, contracts review, research, and legal document preparation.

• Legal research and writing skills
• Experience in contracts review and legal document preparation
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Knowledge of corporate law and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law school program
