Role Summary:
- This position is responsible for creating and managing effective communication channels, both internal and external, to craft and deliver the Group's Corporate and Commercial messaging. The role involves leading Communications projects end-to-end, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be adept at aligning communication strategies with the Group's objectives while driving impactful internal & External Communications.
Core Responsibilities:
Corporate Communications
- Lead the development and execution of Group's internal and external communications strategy and programs that drives the strategic intent for India and contributes to build the market reputation.
- Maintain the media relationships including national press/trade media and Institutional bodies.
- Support Leadership communication and manage internal employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
- Handle crisis communication effectively in collaboration with the HO Communication Department
- Design and conduct corporate events reference Group guidelines.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Increase in positive brand perception and visibility in India.
- Successful execution of pre forecasted / as required, marketing and commercial campaigns.
- Content development of communication materialssuch as leadership communications / Press materials /brochures/ newsletters etc.
- Strength and qualityof media relationships and coverage
- Effectivenessin managing and mitigating crisissituations
- Consistency and clarity of internal communications
- Employee engagement with internal communication channels
- Successful coordination and execution of commercial and corporate events
Qualifications and Skill Sets:
- MBA or equivalent degreein communications, PR, Marketing, or related field from a reputed institute.
- 8+ years of experience in communication roles from a reputed Media / PR Agency.
- Strong strategic, written,and verbal communication skills
- Experience with digitalmarketing and website management.
- Proven ability to manage multipleprojects and lead teams effectively.
