Job Description

  • Lead highvalue, complex commercial negotiations across India, EMEA, US, and Asia.
  • Structure and manage multijurisdictional commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
  • Advise senior leadership on legal risks, regulatory compliance, and commercial strategy.
  • Support multiple business units on complex daytoday legal and contractual matters.
  • Drive technology transformation and digital innovation legal initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering collaboration and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Commercial Lawyer should have:

  • A degree in Law from a recognised institution.
  • 15+ years of global commercial contracting experience, handling highvalue, complex agreements.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role, leading legal teams or driving major strategic legal initiatives.
  • Proven expertise in multijurisdictional negotiations and advising senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to manage legal risk and regulatory compliance across global regions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing legal talent.
