Job Description

  • JOB TITLE: Corporate Chef
  • Department: Culinary Operations
  • Reports To: Director of Operations / CEO

  • Job Summary:
  • The Corporate Chef is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations across all outlets, ensuring consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, hygiene, and cost management.

  • Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative menus and standardize recipes for all units .

- Ensure consistency of food preparation, taste, and presentation across all outlets .

- Train and supervise chefs and kitchen staff.

- Create and implement kitchen SOPs related to hygiene, storage, safety, and service.

- Work closely with procurement team to manage food costs and vendor quality .

- Conduct regular audits of kitchens .

- Oversee new outlet set-ups, including kitchen layout, equipment planning, and launch menus. - Monitor market trends and bring new dishes to improve menus .

- Maintain inventory and prevent wastage .

- Coordinate with management on promotions and seasonal offerings .

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as Executive Chef or Corporate Chef .

- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP/FSSAI) .

- Leadership and team management skills .

- Ability to train kitchen staff .

- Creativity in culinary presentations .

- Good communication .

- Ability to travel .

-Expertise in menu planning, costing & recipe standardization .

  • Education & Experience:

- Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management

  • Minimum 12 Year experience in multi-outlet operations
  • Salary Range: 28,000 - 30,000 per month

Work Location: Block - B 74, Noida Sector -2
