We are looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to be responsible for the integrity of the general ledger, financial reporting, asset management, and balance sheet accuracy. This role will lead the month-end close, ensures GAAP compliance, and manages audit and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Oversee preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Oversee fixed assets and prepaid assets within Workday Asset Management.
  • Own the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, amortization, disposals, transfers, and impairments.
  • Manage account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entry review.
  • Maintain capitalization policies and prepare technical accounting memos as needed.
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and posting of bank fees.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card liability accounts.
  • Manage intercompany transactions and consolidations.
  • Maintain and update corporate accounting policies and procedures.
  • Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and financial reporting insights.
  • Lead and develop corporate accounting staff, ensuring high-quality review and oversight.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • CPA or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience working with or for U.S.-based companies.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with demonstrated experience applying accounting principles in a US corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting global accounting operations, including cross-border transactions and multi-entity structures.
  • Experience with Workday Financials (Asset Management module) is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis); PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of treasury functions, cash management, and foreign exchange (FX) principles.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment with strong communication skills across global teams.
