Corporate Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting close process for assigned facilities, ensuring all critical deadlines are met
• Ensure all accounting processes comply with GAAP and SOX guidelines as per global standards
• Manage banking relationships, including letters of credit and bank guarantee support
• Prepare and analyze financial and period-end reports
• Support internal and external audit requests and address auditor concerns
• Perform expense analysis and support functions like IT, HR, Legal, and Regulatory
• Handle distributor settlements and chargebacks using SAP

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (Master's preferred)
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Strong proficiency in SAP or Oracle
• Experience working with financial reporting and close processes
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and GAAP principles
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
