- 3-5 Years minimum experience in Cornerstone OnDemand LMS with recent Galaxy experience ideal. Working with or within a large global organisation with complex L&D requirements
- Previous experience with an L&D business unit and aware of L&D best practices desired with previous demonstrable experience in delivering skill based approaches
- Previous experience in LMS system migration or implementation including technical aspects of migrating existing LMS platforms to Cornerstone Galaxy, working with System Integration partners, and guiding data transfer
- Expert and previous demonstrable knowledge of system setup and configuration of Cornerstone Galaxy LMS primarily including:
- Learn (LXP & Learning Management)
- Transform (Performance, Succession and Talent Marketplace)
- Experience with Galaxy technical architecture, configuration, and data migration
- Ability to enabling and guide the use of Galaxy's AI-powered features, skills engines, and automated workflows
- Previous experience addressing technical risks and optimizing the migration process
- Ability to quickly discover phases to understand existing LMS setups and creating the technical design for the Galaxy environment
- Demonstrable experience in contributing to the broader strategy of the organization's learning technology ecosystem to ensure Galaxy fits long-term goals
- Ensuring that complex HRIS integrations and custom module configurations align with technical best practices
- Knowledge of Cornerstone API, integrations and security infrastructure desirable
- Proactively identifying technical bottlenecks (e.g., data format mismatches) and implementing fixes before they impact the migration timeline
- Ability to work directly with both technical and L&D teams to provide feedback on Galaxy's limitations and optimizing the migration toolset
- Experience advising the business on how to deploy new Galaxy features, such as the Skills Engine, AI-powered personalization, and automated workflows
- Ability to identify opportunities to replace manual admin tasks with Galaxy's native AI automation tools
- Recent and up-to-date Cornerstone OnDemand Certifications
