Job Description

Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and employee inquiries.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Must know the payroll process, Attendance management, PF&ESI
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
  • Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training and development initiatives, and talent management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR-related legal requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, maintaining files, and handling HR-related correspondence.
