Job Description CORDS KYC role
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Hybrid
Shift Timing: Between 6:00 AM 8:00 PM IST
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (ASAP preferred)
Experience Required: 35 Years
Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage volumes, progress, risks, and metrics related to the KYC Refresh program.
- Ensure proactive client and sales engagement across all entities to meet regulatory deadlines.
- Regularly review progress, challenges, and overall program status with respective BCUs within the region.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of escalation calls and reporting.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring targets are met and escalations are resolved efficiently.
- Partner with BCU, GFC, KYC Management, Program Management, and other Operations teams to drive process improvements and resolve complex issues.
- Manage a structured client contact framework to source and validate client contacts, ensuring effective outreach.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets, trackers, and performance metrics.
- Prior experience in AML, KYC, Client Onboarding, or Client Reference Data is highly desirable.
