Job Description

1. Brand Understanding & Alignment:

- Decode the brief as shared by supervisors, identifying brand requiremnts and identity, target audience etc

- Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, ensuring all copy aligns with the brand's identity and values

2. Content Creation:

- Produce high-quality, original, and creative written content that aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and style guidelines

- Attend live coverages and shoots based on brand requirement

3. Copywriting: Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various marketing materials including including but not limited to advertisements, product descriptions, website content, social media posts, email campaigns, blog content, scripts, storyboard etc

4. Editing and Proofreading: Review and revise copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards

5. SEO Optimization: Incorporate relevant keywords and phrases to optimize copy for search engines and improve organic visibility

6. Research & Analysis:

- Conduct research to understand the target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to tailor messaging effectively

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative content

- Monitor and analyze the performance of copywriting efforts, leveraging data and insights to inform future content strategies

7. Time Management: Following of internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work.

8. Operations: Adherence to documented SOPs
