What You'll Do

• Write sharp, high-converting copy across ads, landing pages, WhatsApp, email, app journeys, and social media.
• Turn complex healthcare and science concepts into simple, relatable storytelling.
• Collaborate with design, product, growth, and medical teams to craft campaigns people actually remember.
• Build a distinct voice for Voy - credible enough for healthcare, engaging enough for consumer internet.
• Experiment constantly with hooks, CTAs, messaging angles, and storytelling formats.

What We're Looking For

• 5-10 years of copywriting/content experience.
• Strong grasp of digital-first and performance marketing copy.
• Ability to write clean, witty, emotionally intelligent content.
• Someone who understands that good copy is not just creative — it converts.
• Experience in healthtech, D2C, wellness, or consumer startups is a plus.

Bonus Points If You

• Obsess over great brands and campaigns.
• Can write both long-form storytelling and crisp ad copy.
• Have a portfolio that shows range and originality.
