As part of a fast-paced and collaborative team, you'll create high-impact messaging across push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, performance marketing, and other digital channels, reaching millions of users at scale. Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging, high-converting copy for push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels
- Collaborate with CRM, performance marketing, and product teams to align messaging with campaign goals and brand voice
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to develop fresh and compelling content
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Adapt and refine messaging based on team feedback and campaign insights
- Contribute to creative concepts for ATL, BTL, digital, CRM, and brand campaigns
- Tailor messaging for different audience segments and user contexts to maximize engagement and action
- Continuously experiment with hooks, formats, and messaging styles to improve performance metrics such as CTR and engagement
- Use data insights, A/B testing, and user feedback to optimize copy performance
- Leverage AI tools to scale copy creation, improve efficiency, and enhance campaign performance

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a B2C, D2C, or consumer internet/app-based company
- Strong command of language with excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging short-form copy
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and user behavior
- Creative thinking combined with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Proven ability to handle high-volume content output (200+ copies monthly) while maintaining quality and consistency
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into performance-driven copy
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude) and a strong inclination toward experimentation to enhance creative output and efficiency
- Experience writing for CRM or performance marketing channels
Good to Have
- Experience with CleverTap or similar CRM platforms
- Familiarity with content guidelines, compliance, and brand frameworks
- Ability to write in multiple tones and formats, including Hinglish or conversational styles
- Working knowledge of Canva for quick creative execution
- Basic design sensibility and ability to think visually alongside copy
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, or Slack
- Educational background in Journalism, English, Arts, or related fields
