Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Copywriter who can translate product science into clear, compelling, and conversion-focused content.

This role spans key customer touchpoints across the digital journey, including website, performance marketing, and marketplace content. The ideal candidate is highly research-driven, understands consumer behavior, and can simplify technical product information into messaging that builds trust and drives conversions.

You will be writing across formats such as product pages, landing pages, website banners, and campaign assets, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Pages & Landing Pages

Develop high-conversion content for product and landing pages.
Responsibilities include:

  • Writing product card copies that clearly communicate benefits, ingredients, and USPs

  • Creating detailed, structured landing page content optimized for engagement and conversions

  • Translating formulation science into easy-to-understand, benefit-led messaging

  • Ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and brand voice across all pages

  • Collaborating with design and UI/UX teams to align copy with user journeys

2. Website & Marketplace Content

Create clear, compelling content across website and marketplace touchpoints.
Responsibilities include:

  • Writing copy for website banners, campaign pages, and promotional assets

  • Developing marketplace content (Amazon, Nykaa, etc.) optimized for conversions

  • Adapting messaging for different formats while maintaining clarity and impact

  • Supporting campaign launches with relevant on-site communication

3. Product Research & Collaboration

Build strong product understanding through deep research and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the product team to understand formulations, ingredients, and claims

  • Conducting in-depth secondary research to strengthen product communication

  • Using social listening tools and customer feedback to identify insights and content angles

  • Ensuring all communication is accurate, credible, and science-backed

4. Performance Marketing Support

Support performance marketing efforts with conversion-focused copy.
Responsibilities include:

  • Writing copy for ads, landing pages, and campaign assets

  • Translating product insights into high-performing messaging angles

  • Collaborating with marketing teams to align content with campaign goals

  • Iterating copy based on performance feedback

5. Content Optimization & Audits

Continuously improve content effectiveness across platforms.
Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and refining existing product and website content

  • Identifying gaps in clarity, structure, and conversion potential

  • Optimizing copy based on user behavior and performance metrics

  • Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and communication standards

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Copywriter or Content Writer (preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or digital-first brands)

  • Strong ability to simplify technical or science-led information

  • Exceptional research skills with attention to detail

  • Experience writing product pages, landing pages, and marketing content

  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused writing and digital behavior

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
