Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 2-4 years

Reporting to: Senior Content Writer

Compensation: Upto 8LPA

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFH)

The in-house marketing and content team works closely with design, sales, and growth teams to create communication that balances brand storytelling with business outcomes. This role sits at the heart of that ecosystem, contributing to campaigns that customers actually see, engage with, and act on.

Role Overview:

They are looking to hire a Copywriter for their in-house creative team.This role is ideal for someone at the start of their advertising or brand marketing journey who wants hands-on exposure across digital, print, outdoor, and performance marketing. You'll work closely with senior creatives and marketers to bring the brand voice to life across every customer touchpoint.

Job Description

  • Short scripts for digital videos, social media reels, and brand films
  • In-store display copy and retail communication
  • Performance marketing ad copies (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Website content and campaign landing pages
  • Webinar titles, descriptions, and talking points
  • Brochures, posters, and sales collateral
  • Newspaper ads and print creatives
  • Outdoor copy (billboards, hoardings, on-ground branding)
  • Writing sharp, compelling offer callouts and promotional messaging

You'll also get hands-on exposure to tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and Google Workspace as part of daily workflows.

Job Requirements

  • Must be based in Bengaluru
  • Strong command of English with a clear writing voice
  • Ability to adapt tone and style across formats and platforms
  • Exposure to ATL & BTL communication (print, outdoor, digital, on-ground)
  • Comfortable balancing brand storytelling and performance-driven copy
  • Receptive to feedback and quick iterations
  • Ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
