Your Responsibilities (aka your superpowers):
1. Brand Understanding & Alignment
- Decode client briefs like Sherlock decoding a crime scene
- Understand brand identity, values, voice, and target audience inside-out
- Ensure every line you write feels on-brand, on-tone, and on-point
2. Content Creation
- Craft original, creative, and high-quality content for influencer-first campaigns
- Build scripts, storyboards, ideas, hooks, VO lines, and POVs that creators want to use
- Make content that feels like it belongs on Instagram, YouTube, and wherever Gen-Z migrates next
3. Copywriting (Your bread, butter, and biryani)
Write sharp, witty, clear copy for:
- Digital ads
- Influencer scripts
- Social media content
- Emailers
- Brand films
- Pitches
- Anything that needs words and magic
4. Editing & Proofreading
- Be the grammar gatekeeper
- Review and refine copy for clarity, accuracy, tone, and brand alignment
- Ensure every piece of content is polished and publication-ready
5. Research (Your secret weapon)
- Dive deep into audience insights, platform behaviour, and creator trends
- Be updated with cultural moments, memes, internet language, and viral shifts
- Use data + intuition to create messaging that hits home
6. Time Management
- Follow internal TATs like a pro
- Deliver quality under tight timelines (influencer world = blink and trend changes)
7. Operations
- Adhere to internal SOPs
- Maintain clean documentation and workflow (yes, the boring part but important)
