Copywriter
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-impact copy for performance ads across Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.
- Develop sharp hooks, CTAs, and messaging frameworks optimized for conversions
- Test variations and iterate copy based on performance insights
- Craft engaging, conversion-focused content for email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications
- Partner with the CRM team to build journeys, drip campaigns, and retention flows
- Maintain consistency in tone and brand personality across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with creatives to align messaging and visuals for campaigns
- Support website/product pages with benefit-led copy and storytelling
- Assist in product launches, campaign messaging, and packaging copy when needed
- 4+ years of copywriting experience (D2C/Beauty/FMCG/Agency preferred)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing mechanics & consumer psychology
- Experience writing for email/CRM channels and paid ad placements
- Ability to write short-form, conversion-focused copy with speed and clarity
- Excellent command of English with strong sense of structure, tonality, and grammar
- Ability to take feedback, iterate fast, and work in fast-paced environments
