Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
What You Will Do:
1. Content Creation
- Write high-quality copy for Social media posts, Performance ads (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.), Video scripts and reels, Landing pages, Website content, Campaign taglines and brand messaging.
- Adapt tone based on audience segment (urban, semi-urban, youth, family, etc.)
- Ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance
2. Creative Strategy Support
- Contribute to campaign ideation with regional insights
- Develop hooks and messaging angles
- Assist in building narrative arcs for regional launches
- Align copy with broader brand strategy
3. Performance-Driven Writing
- Write scroll-stopping hooks and high-conversion ad copy
- Support A/B testing with multiple messaging variations
- Optimise copy based on CTR, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with performance teams for iteration
4. AI-Enabled Workflow
- Use AI tools for ideation, drafting, and iteration
- Maintain quality control over AI-assisted outputs
- Increase turnaround speed without compromising authenticity
Who are we looking for
- 2–5 years of copywriting experience (regional language preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media culture, trends, and consumer behavior
- Experience writing for digital platforms and performance campaigns
- Ability to switch tone from conversational to persuasive
- Familiarity with AI writing tools is a plus
