Job Responsibilities:
- Lead campaign ideation and creative strategy across multiple client accounts on a monthly basis.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's product/service, target audience, and core problem being solved.
- Write compelling, on-brand copy across formats — social media, digital ads, emailers, scripts, and long-form content.
- Translate campaign objectives into creative communication strategies that drive results.
- Ensure all copy strictly adheres to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Review, edit, and fact-check content produced by junior copywriters; provide constructive, growth-oriented feedback.
- Mentor junior team members and create a culture of creative confidence and ideation.
- Stay ahead of media trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments to bring fresh, relevant ideas to clients.
- Confidently present and pitch creative concepts to clients; push back thoughtfully and guide them toward better ideas.
- Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account managers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range — across brands, formats, and tones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead ideation sessions and present ideas with clarity and confidence.
- Experience mentoring or reviewing work of junior writers.
- Sharp understanding of digital platforms — Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, Google, and beyond.
- High ownership mindset with strong time management and deadline adherence.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
