What you'll do
- Write and edit copy across channels: websites, landing pages, ads, email sequences, case studies, LinkedIn, and any short form content for B2B clients.
- Translate dense technical products and services into clear, compelling messaging that speaks to business decision-makers.
- Collaborate with writers, editors, strategists, designers, and account managers to develop content concepts rooted in each client's positioning and audience.
- Maintain and evolve brand voice guidelines for multiple clients simultaneously without losing consistency.
- Own the editorial process from brief to final draft: including SM calendars, strategy, revisions, stakeholder feedback cycles, and approvals.
- Use AI writing tools actively to speed up drafts, explore angles, humanize AI-assisted output, and iterate faster without compromising quality.
- Stay current on B2B content trends, platform algorithm changes, and evolving best practices in AI-assisted writing.
What we're looking for
Skills & experience
- 2–4 years of copywriting experience, preferably in a B2B or agency context.
- Proven ability to write for tech, SaaS, or complex-product categories - portfolio evidence required.
- Strong grasp of content strategy: why a piece exists, not just how it reads. Comfortable writing both short-form (ads, social, CTAs) and some long-form (blogs, case studies).
- Excellent editing instincts, ability to improve others drafts as naturally as your own.

Writing & ideation
- Use LLMs to prototype angles, headlines, and structures before committing to a direction.
- Generate first-draft variations at speed and select or synthesize the strongest output.
Humanizing & quality
- Detect and eliminate AI-sounding patterns; vague assertions, filler phrases, hollow enthusiasm.
- Infuse client voice, specificity, and editorial judgment into AI-assisted drafts.
Efficiency & workflow
- Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows for research, brief-parsing, and content repurposing.
- Cut non-creative time so more hours go into strategy and craft.
Prompt craft
- Write precise, context-rich prompts that produce usable output on the first or second try.
- Iterate prompts the way you'd iterate copy; with intent, not guesswork.
Nice to have
- Experience with SEO fundamentals: keyword mapping, on-page optimization, content clustering.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) and brief knowledge of email tools.
- Exposure to ABM (account-based marketing) content strategies.
- Basic understanding of the B2B sales funnel and how content maps to buying stages.
