Job Description

Position: Copywriter

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (On-site)

Experience: 4-5 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile copy professional who can shape brand communication across multiple consumer touchpoints. This role requires exceptional writing skills, strong creative thinking, and the ability to collaborate closely with design, video, performance marketing, CRM, and product teams.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in fast-paced startup or D2C environments and be capable of translating business objectives into compelling content that drives engagement, conversions, and brand recall.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop creative and conversion-focused copy across:

  * Social Media

  * CRM (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications)

  * Performance Marketing Ads

  * Website Copy

  * Landing Pages

  * Product Pages & Descriptions

  * Blogs & Articles

  * Campaign Concepts

  * Headlines, Captions, Taglines & One-liners

* Lead the creative ideation process for marketing campaigns and product launches.

* Partner with the Design and Video teams to bring concepts to life through compelling storytelling.

* Create brand narratives that are consistent across all customer touchpoints.

* Collaborate with Performance Marketing teams to write high-converting ad copies.

* Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to simplify complex product benefits into engaging consumer communication.

* Maintain and evolve the brand's tone of voice and messaging guidelines.

* Review and enhance content quality across all channels.

Requirements

* 4-5 years of experience in Copywriting, Content Strategy, Creative Writing, or Brand Communication.

* Prior experience in D2C, Consumer Brands, Wellness, Lifestyle, Beauty, Health, or Startup ecosystems.

* Exceptional command of written and verbal English.

* Strong portfolio showcasing social media, CRM, website, performance marketing, and campaign work.

* Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on copywriting tasks.

* Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing.

* Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.

* Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
