ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a sharp, culturally plugged-in Copywriter who lives and breathes social media someone who's grown up writing snappy captions, punchy scripts, and scroll-stopping concepts in a fast-paced advertising agency environment. You'll be the voice behind brands across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and beyond, working alongside Art Directors, Strategists, and Account teams to crack ideas that actually land.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Concept and write copy for social media campaigns - posts, reels scripts, carousels, stories, memes, and everything in between.
  • Collaborate with Designers, Art to develop integrated ideas from brief to execution.
  • Write platform-native content tailored to tone, format, and audience behaviour on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Adapt brand voice guidelines across different clients and categories without losing originality.
  • Participate in brainstorms, present creative work confidently to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay on top of internet culture, trends, memes, and moments — and know when and how to use them.
  • Review and proof all copy before it goes out; own quality end-to-end.
  • Work on multiple brand mandates simultaneously without dropping the ball.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–5 years of copywriting experience, with a significant portion at an advertising agency
  • A strong social media portfolio that demonstrates both creative range and platform fluency.
  • Ability to write in multiple brand voices - from quirky D2C to serious B2B - with equal conviction.
  • Excellent command of English & Hindi
  • Understanding of performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR) and how copy drives them.
  • Comfort working in a high-velocity, always-on environment with quick turnarounds.
  • A genuine passion for pop culture, design, and digital communication.
