Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Copyeditor/Proofreader/Content Editor based in New Delhi. The role involves editing and proofreading various content, ensuring grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to editorial standards. The candidate will work closely with authors to refine written content, verify accuracy, and enhance readability. Additionally, the role includes editing manuscripts, formatting text, and collaborating with the publishing team to ensure high-quality publication standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Grammar and Text Editing
• Strong skills in Proofreading and Editorial processes
• Experience in Writing, with an eye for detail in improving content coherence and clarity
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with publishing processes and styles (e.g., AP Style, Chicago Manual of Style) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
