JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Executive Copywriter will develop high-impact, results-driven content across channels, balancing creative flair with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate combines insight into target audiences and brand positioning with a fair and

judicious adoption of AI tools, ensuring copy is both effective and ethically crafted.

Key Responsibilities

Craft persuasive,original copy for ads, websites, email campaigns, social media, brochures, and executive program collateral, tailored to business goals and outcomes.

Develop and executecreative messaging in alignment with marketing strategiesand program positioning.

Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure content enhances brand narratives and supports lead- generation metrics.

Research, conceptualize, and refine messaging for targeted segments, including executive learners and leadership candidates, focusing on career advancement appeals.

Integrate AI tools for copy ideation, editing, optimization, and personalization, always ensuring human oversight for tone, originality, and quality.

Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.

Mentor and provide feedback to junior team members in copy best practices and ethical AI usage.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills & Qualifications

2to 5 years professional experience in copywriting,preferably in executive education, consulting, or B2B sectors.

Strong portfolio demonstrating effectivebusiness-outcome

focused campaigns, strategic messaging, and creative execution.

Demonstrated ability to balance data-driven insights, emotional resonance, and creative storytelling.

Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.), with experience in their ethical, productive application and

editing of AI-generated copy.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Bachelors degree

Strong communication skills

Able to present their ideas & concepts to other stakeholders

Collaborative, organized, and accountable in a cross-functional team.

Strong judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
