Key Responsibilities:

●   Create clear, concise, and engaging copy across multiple channels, including social media, performance ads, WhatsApp, push notifications, SMS, website/app, video scripts, and marketing campaigns.

●   Adapt writing style, tone, and structure based on platform, audience behavior, and communication objective.

●   Develop high-impact hooks, campaign messaging, and storytelling for product launches, sales, and brand initiatives.

●   Contribute ideas and actively participate in creative brainstorming for campaigns and content strategies.

●   Write conversion-focused copy that drives engagement, clicks, and sales across channels.

●   Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, performance marketing, social media, product) to ensure consistent and effective communication.

●   Understand customer behavior, preferences, and trends to create relevant and relatable content.

●   Stay updated with fashion trends, pop culture, digital trends, and competitor communication.

●   Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines.

●   Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

●   Continuously optimize content based on performance metrics such as CTR, open rates, and conversions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

●   Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or any field.

●   At least 2 years of experience as a copywriter or in a similar role.

●   Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.

●   Good understanding of branding, marketing principles, and consumer psychology.

●   Familiarity with performance marketing and conversion-driven writing.

●   Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices.

●   Ability to think creatively while also being data-driven and result-oriented.

●   Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

●   Proficient in AI & content management tools.

●   A good portfolio showcasing multichannel copywriting and campaign work.

●   Excellent time management and organizational skills.
