Role Overview:

We're looking for a Copy Supervisor with strong storytelling skills and hands-on experience in scriptwriting and film-based content. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable leading campaign-led work as well as managing always-on retainer mandates, bringing consistency and creativity across both.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor junior copy team members across projects
• Conceptualize and write engaging copy for integrated campaigns and retainer-based work
• Develop scripts for films, digital videos, branded content, and ads
• Work on both big campaign ideas and day-to-day content requirements
• Collaborate closely with art, strategy, and production teams
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging across all deliverables
• Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
• Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively

Key Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in copywriting within an agency setup
• Strong portfolio showcasing film/video work, Activations and campaign experience
• Proven experience handling retainer clients alongside campaign projects
• Ability to balance high-impact campaigns with high-volume content
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• A good grasp of trends on social

• Exposure to influencer/video-led campaigns
