Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Lead (Copy) / Copy Supervisor with strong conceptual thinking and writing craft, along with the ability to guide and mentor junior teams. This role is ideal for someone from a digital-first or integrated advertising agency background, with experience working on multiple brands and campaign-led work.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Campaign Development

• Develop campaign ideas, brand narratives, and content concepts across digital and integrated platforms
• Write compelling copy for social media, films, branded content, and campaigns
• Contribute to end-to-end campaign execution from brief to delivery
• Ensure ideas are platform-first, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand objectives

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work closely with art, design, strategy, and account teams
• Guide and mentor junior copywriters, ensuring quality and consistency in output
• Provide constructive feedback to elevate creative thinking and craft

Brand & Client Ownership

• Manage copy output across multiple brands and campaigns
• Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across touchpoints
• Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in copywriting within digital/integrated advertising agencies

Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-led and digital-first work

Experience working on multiple brands across categories

Strong understanding of social, content, and integrated campaign formats

Excellent writing, storytelling, and conceptual skills

Good presentation and client interaction skills

Preferred

Experience working on FMCG, Beauty, Food & Beverage, or Consumer brands

Exposure to integrated campaigns and brand platforms

Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
