Details about the role

We're looking for a writer. A real one. Someone who loses sleep over a line that's almost right — but not quite. Someone who knows the difference between copy that's read and copy that's felt. Between a campaign that wins an award and one that wins a customer. If that sounds familiar, read on.

You'll write for brands that matter. Enterprise clients — global, national, large, and mid-size — across B2B and B2C categories. Technology brands. Enterprise solutions. Platforms that power industries. Products people actually use.

You'll craft copy that makes a CTO lean forward and a consumer feel seen. Sometimes in the same week.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Write copy that earns its place. Every word, every format — social, digital, integrated, experiential.
  • Develop campaign themes, big ideas, and communication strategies alongside creative directors and peers who will push you.
  • Maintain brand voice with the consistency of a virtuoso — same instrument, every performance, perfectly tuned.
  • Spot the gaps in a content strategy and fill them with something better than what was imagined.
  • Work fluidly across creative, social, brand, and tech teams — because silos are for grain, not ideas.
  • Drive daily deliverables without losing the quality that makes them worth delivering.
  • Use AI tools — intelligently, ethically, and effectively — as a force multiplier for your craft. Familiarity with agentic AI workflows is a significant plus and increasingly, a baseline expectation.

What You Bring

  • 8–11 years of agency experience with a track record in B2B and B2C digital marketing.
  • Copy chops that work across formats: long-form, short-form, scripts, decks, social, and everything in between.
  • A strategic mind beneath the creative instinct — you understand briefs, audiences, and what success looks like.
  • Research and comprehension skills sharp enough to decode complex enterprise narratives and distil them into human truths.
  • Proven ability to write both the enterprise pitch and the consumer pull — and know precisely which one you're writing.
  • Curiosity about AI and its role in modern creative production. Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, or AI-assisted research platforms is genuinely valued here.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates original thinking, fully executed concepts, and the range to move between categories and tones.

Qualifications

  • 8–11 years of agency or relevant creative experience.
  • Demonstrable expertise in digital and integrated marketing across B2B and B2C.
  • Proficiency in building campaign-level content across platforms and formats.
