Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Copy Supervisor to lead copy development across digital campaigns, social media, brand communication, and integrated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with a deep understanding of digital platforms, consumer behavior, and brand voice, capable of mentoring junior writers while delivering high-impact creative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead copy development for digital campaigns, social media, websites, performance creatives, influencer campaigns, and integrated brand communication.
- Translate marketing briefs into compelling, insight-driven creative concepts and communication.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with creative, design, strategy, social, media, and client servicing teams.
- Review, refine, and approve copy developed by junior team members.
- Mentor and guide copywriters and interns to elevate creative quality and writing standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, campaign ideation, and new business pitches.
- Stay updated on digital trends, platform best practices, pop culture, and emerging consumer behaviors.
- Present creative rationale and communication ideas to internal teams and clients when required.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Ability to write across formats including social media, films, digital campaigns, websites, influencer content, and ad copies.
