Key Responsibilities
Copilot Development:
Build and configure custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Design conversational flows, prompts, and adaptive cards for engaging user experiences.
Integration & Automation:
Connect copilots to enterprise data sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs, etc.).
Implement Power Automate flows and connectors for backend processes.
AI & NLP Optimization:
Fine-tune prompts and responses for accuracy and relevance.
Leverage generative AI capabilities for advanced scenarios.
Testing & Deployment:
Conduct functional and user acceptance testing.
Deploy copilots across Microsoft Teams, web, and other channels.
Governance & Security:
Ensure compliance with organizational security and data governance policies.
Implement role-based access and monitoring.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong understanding of Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI concepts.
Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure services, and API integrations.
Proficiency in JSON, Adaptive Cards, and basic scripting (Power Fx or similar).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
