Job Description
WSP is seeking a Proposals Coordinator to support bid and proposal activities. The role involves coordinating submissions, managing tender correspondence, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in line with client and company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the proposals inbox and tender portals, ensuring timely logging, allocation, and response to incoming opportunities.
- Track and maintain accurate records of all bids in the CRM tool, providing visibility to key internal stakeholders.
- Distribute bid-related communications and updates to ensure alignment across teams.
- Work closely with Proposal Managers and Proposal Leads to develop high-quality proposals.
- Assist in compiling technical responses and supporting materials that strengthen the bid narrative.
- Ensure proposals meet brand and compliance standards through formatting, proofreading, and quality checks.
- Coordinate and prepare Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) in line with client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business engineering or another relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years, ideally up to 4 years, relevant experience in bids, proposals, business development coordination or tender support
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple bids simultaneously and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
BGV:
- Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (BGV) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
