Coordinator – Client Solutions (Inside Sales Coordinator)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support our IT Infrastructure sales operations.

This role will act as a key bridge between OEMs, vendors, and internal sales teams to ensure timely quotations, smooth coordination, and efficient deal execution.

Sales Support & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for pricing, BoM, availability, and documentation
• Prepare and share accurate quotations with internal teams
• Handle deal registrations, special pricing, and approvals
• Build strong relationships with OEM partners for faster turnaround
• Track quotations, proposals, and order status
• Maintain CRM updates with deal stages and timelines
• Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Operational Coordination

• Act as central coordination point between Sales, OEMs, Vendors, Procurement, and Accounts
• Support order processing and documentation with procurement team
• Coordinate with accounts for invoices, payments, and reconciliation
• Maintain records of quotations and partner communications

Reporting & Process Management

• Maintain MIS reports on deals, quotations, and vendor interactions
• Track TAT for OEM/vendor responses and escalate delays
• Share pipeline and closure reports
• Identify process improvements through feedback
