Position Details

- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Civil / Electrical / Electronics)
Role Objective
To support project execution by ensuring coordination, documentation, tracking, and reporting across multiple stakeholders for smooth and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in planning and execution of railway projects (Civil, OHE, S&T etc.)
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Track daily progress, delays, and key milestones
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS
- Support in resource planning and scheduling
- Monitor material movement, usage, and site requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
- Follow up on approvals, drawings, and client communications
- Assist in billing coordination and work certification
