We pride ourselves on a robust ecosystem featuring our own Wifinity App, a dedicated Manufacturing & Research facility in Pune, and a state-of-the-art Assembling & Support unit in Kolkata. We are looking for a tech-savvy and communicative professional to join our Kolkata team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients using the Wifinity App, assisting with onboarding and basic troubleshooting.
Lead Management: Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries regarding home automation solutions.
Service Coordination: Liaise between the Kolkata support unit and field technicians to schedule installations and service requests.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service history.
Feedback Loop: Report common customer issues to the Pune Research & Development team to help improve app functionality and hardware.
Requirements
Experience: 13 years in telecalling, customer service, or coordination (Experience in tech/electronics is a plus).
Skills: Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable explaining app features and smart device connectivity to customers.
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Traits: Problem-solver, patient with customers, and highly organized.
