- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top-tier professionals.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of business plans and processes.
- Implement robust operational controls and risk management frameworks.
- Stakeholder Management:

The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record in CXO roles within Wealth Fintech or as a Product Head in Mutual Fund setups.
- In-depth understanding of the digital wealth management landscape and emerging trends.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative financial products.
