This is not a job opening.

This is an Index Call for Operatif's Execution Operator Bench, used by Private Equity and Growth Equity funds to identify operators who can step into portfolio companies and drive outcomes.

We are building a high-fidelity layer of COO-level execution leaders calibrated for $50M–$1B+ environments, where value is created through systems, scale, and disciplined execution.

The Operator We Are Indexing

We index execution leaders operating at COO-level scope, including:

• COOs & Business Heads with full ownership of execution, revenue, and cost structures
• P&L Leaders / Country Heads who have scaled markets or business units
• High-ownership Operators (VP / Director / Head level) who have already been running functions like a COO, and are ready for full mandates

This is not about title.

This is about ownership, scale, and outcomes.

What We Do NOT Index

Operatif is not a network for:

• Chief of Staff or coordination roles
• Program / operations managers without P&L ownership
• Functional leaders without measurable business impact
• Advisory-only profiles without recent execution exposure

To be indexed, you must demonstrate verifiable signals:

• Revenue Scale: Built or scaled revenue meaningfully (0→1, 1→10, or expansion)

• Capital Calibration: Deployed or optimized capital in growth or constrained environments
• Operating Systems: Built repeatable systems across GTM, supply chain, or org design
• Strategic Execution: Led integrations, restructures, or value capture initiatives

We evaluate:

• What you changed
• What can be validated
