Job Description

Reporting into the CEO, you will :

  • Oversee daily operations of multi plant setups and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity in machining and stamping processes.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to drive innovation and maintain product quality standards.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on quality.
  • Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards in all operatiothe units
  • Report operational performance to the leadership team and recommend strategies for growth and scalability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful COO should have:

  • A strong educational background in engineering or a related field.
  • Significant 25+ years experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector, particularly in the mechanical industry
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large-scale operations of atleast a Top line of 800 cr+
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • A solid understanding of operational processes and compliance standards.
  • The ability to drive innovation and foster team collaboration.
