The Role
We are looking for aConversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialistwho owns conversion performance end-to-end from analytics setup to funnel insights to on-ground execution. This roleis responsible forensuring that every user touchpoint acrossweb, app, communications, and commerce flowsis instrumented, measured, analyzed, and continuously improved.
You will work closely withProduct, UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Creative teamsto translate data intoprioritisedactions that materially improve conversion rates and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own analytics setup and integrity
- Set up, configure, andmaintainGoogle Analytics (GA4), events, funnels, and custom dimensions.
- Ensureaccuratetracking across web,app, campaigns, communications, and commerce journeys.
- Work with engineering tovalidatetagging, events, and data accuracy end-to-end.
- Define andmonitorfull-funnel metrics
- Build and own conversion funnels across acquisition, engagement, commerce, and retention.
- Track drop-offs across key steps: landing browse intent checkout payment post-purchase.
- Measure the impact of communications (email, push, SMS, in-app) on downstream conversion.
- Drive CRO insights and experimentation
- Identifyconversion leaks andprioritisehigh-impact opportunities.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests, UX changes, content tweaks, and offer placements.
- Translate insights into clear briefs for product, UX, and creative teams.
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Liaise closely withProduct & UXon journey design and usability improvements.
- Partner withEngineeringto implement tracking, experiments, and fixes.
- Work withMarketing and Graphics teamstooptimisecreatives, layouts, and messaging for conversion.
- Reporting and decision support
- Clearly communicate insights, recommendations, and expected impact to stakeholders.
- Track outcomes post-implementation and close the loop on learnings.
The Ideal Candidate
- 37 years of hands-on experience inCRO, growth analytics, or performance optimization.
- Strong working knowledge ofGoogle Analytics (GA4)and tools likeWebEngage includingsetup, events, funnels, and debugging.
- Experience analyzing conversion acrossweb/app + communication channels + commerce flows.
- Comfortable working with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketers.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert data intoclear, actionable insights.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, UX principles, and performance marketing metrics.
