Job Description

Role: TL (Team Lead)

  • Qualification: Any graduates.
  • Experience: Experience in Payments Process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of customer service experience supporting chat or mobile messaging channels.
  • Salary: Up to 7-9.5 LPA (Depending upon previous CTC).
  • Cab: 2-way cab facility.
  • Shift: Rotational shift & rotational week-off.
  • Working days: 5 working days with 2 days week offs.
  • Typing Speed: 50 WPM required.
