We are hiring for Reporting Analyst
- Designation: Team Lead.
- Location: Chennai.
- Experience: 7 yrs.
- CTC: upto 16 lpa.

- Adhoc Reporting and Analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role, with at least 3 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- Expertise in SQL programming and database management, with a strong understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView, with a demonstrated ability to design intuitive and insightful dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas and findings to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA with a focus on Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- Certification in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related disciplines (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and predictive modeling methodologies.
