Conversational UI Developer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop conversational user interfaces for chatbots and voice assistants.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly conversational flows.

Integrate conversational interfaces with various platforms such as web, mobile, and messaging apps.

Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies to enhance conversational capabilities.

Test and optimize conversational UI designs to ensure high performance and user satisfaction.

Monitor and analyse user interactions to identify opportunities for improvement.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in conversational UI development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Conversational UI Developer or similar role.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Dialog flow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Amazon Lex.

Strong understanding of NLU and NLP concepts.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with voice UI design for platforms like Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.

Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.

Knowledge of usability testing and user research methods.

Experience with API integration and backend services.
